Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Powertrain. **Job Responsibilities:** **Scope of Position** * Coordinates quality planning including control plans, FMEAs, audit/inspection details, sample submissions, and training plans for inspection. Apply measures, sampling methods, testing methodology, and other procedures that ensure quality standards are met. Monitors, reports, and improves customer satisfaction performance. Implements and maintains plant-wide quality systems. **Minimum Qualifications** * BS Technical Degree or Equivalent in directly related experience. * 3+ years working in a manufacturing environment in a Quality Engineer capacity. * Complete knowledge of automotive APQP/PPAP processes * Excellent verbal & written communication skills * Have a command of problem-solving techniques such as 8-D, 5 why, Fishbone, etc. * Significant knowledge of IATF-16949 * Experience creating and leading F
