Our growth is creating great opportunities!_ Below is the job description for open position _**Responsibilities:**_ * Focus on RFID technology quality performances and methodologies for inlay, converting, and print/encode. * Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing. * Inspection, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications. * Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions. * Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications. * Should have Knowledge of problem-solving tool & techniques like, QRQC (Quick Response & Quality Control), 8D, Why-2 analysis. * Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers * Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service our organization is providing * Address customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
