Participate in production planning

Examine process design records

Examine process qualification records

Verify lab certifications

Review flight hardware records

Monitor contractor quality controls

Monitor contractor safety controls

Participate in quality assurance activities

Support root cause corrective actions

Support data collection

Support data analysis

Collect supplier success data

Analyze supplier success data

Review supplier CDRL documents

Provide quality assurance recommendations

Review flight hardware records for completeness

Perform final instrument buy-off review

Complete thorough inspections

Inspect gas generator systems

Inspect mortar systems

Perform pre-cap inspection

Inspect hybrid microcircuits

Inspect solder joints

Apply conformal coatings

Perform final workmanship inspection

Inspect connector mates

Confirm shipping packaging adequacy
