Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline), 3–8 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or QA/QC Engineer in project environments, Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Knowledge of relevant standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, ISO, local codes)
Nice to Have
Johnson Controls product experience preferred, Professional certifications (CQE, IRCA Lead Auditor, PMI-related) are an advantage, ERP/Project systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent – preferred)

Conduct root cause analysis and ensure eective corrective and preventive actions
Verify closure of quality issues and lessons learned implementation
and third-party audits
Ensure project compliance with Johnson Controls policies
and client specifications
Coordinate with certification bodies and regulatory authorities
and subcontractors on quality matters
Support factory acceptance tests (FAT)
site acceptance tests (SAT)
Provide quality awareness and guidance to project teams
