We are committed to delivering exceptional quality, scalability, and speed-to-market for our customers worldwide. **What You Will Do** We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive the execution of quality goals and objectives. This role will involve collaborating cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and enhancing our overall quality delivery to customers. * Support cross-functional teams by analyzing non-conformance reports (NCRs) to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions. * Engage with teams across departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and production administration to streamline processes and remove obstacles, ensuring optimal customer-focused outcomes. * Track and analyze non-conformance trends, compiling data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Foster a culture of accountability and integrity by consistently meeting and exceeding internal and external customer expectations. * Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection records. * Collaborate with team members to promote trust and diverse perspectives, enabling innovative problem-solving and team success. * Participate in and facilitate internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement. **What We Look For** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. * Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and
