What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or related technical field, 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment, Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies: SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven orientation, High communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with diverse teams, Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience in the electronics industry or related field, Experience with ERP systems and quality management software, Certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
What You'll Do.
and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards
Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement CAPA
Participate in new product and process design and development
Monitor and analyze key quality metrics
Conduct internal and external audits
Provide training and coaching on quality procedures
Support customer quality initiatives
Implement continuous improvement projects
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality matters

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, logistics); Interact effectively with diverse teams; Provide training and coaching to production personnel; Support customer quality initiatives and participate in customer reviews and audits
