Position Overview Responsibility is to lead all activities related to quality control, implementing systems and processes to ensure that products meet the quality standards required by the company and regulators. What you'll do Develop and maintain effective quality management systems, including policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable regulations. Implement quality tools, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), to identify and prevent defects in production. Oversee all quality control activities, including inspection of raw materials, manufacturing process, and finished product, ensuring early detection of quality issues. Coordinate with production teams to establish quality standards, conduct acceptance testing, and ensure the integrity of the production process. Manage the non-conformance process, investigating and resolving quality issues, identifying root causes, and developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
