Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, at least 6 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree in these disciplines, comprehensive understanding of PC architecture, minimum of 6 years of experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), mechanical assembly, testing, industrial engineering, knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma principles, Experience in PC product engineering, advanced proficiency in Design for Excellence (DFx) techniques
Nice to Have
Lean Six Sigma principles is essential, with a preference for candidates holding a Black Belt certification
What You'll Do.
Manage onboarding and transition processes for ODMs
Oversee Operational Engineering and Quality Engineering tasks
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Address non-conformances
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
Lead the quality launch plan for NPI
Facilitate supplier qualification
Review and enhance manufacturing processes
Provide technical support for ODM manufacturing
Conduct risk assessments
Mitigate operational risks
Ensure quality performance of ODM factory
Optimize production cycle time
Feedback to relevant stakeholders
Implement proactive approach
Conduct weekly and monthly quality reviews
Perform periodic audits of ODM suppliers
Address identified gaps
Develop and deliver training programs
