Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with major in mechanical engineering or equivalent, At least 2 years of manufacturing experience, About 3 years’ experience in quality related role, Familiar with CATIA, Familiar with UG CAD/CAM, At least CET-4 English level, Computer skills like excel, Computer skills like ppt, Computer skills like word, Some common quality analysis tools like APPS, Some common quality analysis tools like 3x5Why, Some common quality analysis tools like PFMEA, Basic GD&T
Nice to Have
Ability to read English engineering drawings and specifications, Basic ability for mechanical design (gauging), Ability to manage priorities and achieve results, Prior exposure to and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Basic manufacturing process knowledge, Basic oral and written communication skills in English, self-disciplined, Experience in aviation manufacturing, Ability to use common inspection tools, like caliper, Ability to use common inspection tools, like micrometer, Ability to use common inspection tools, like height gauge
