Full Job Description

**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Lead PPAP and prototype submissions, including documentation of dimensional and material test results to meet customer requirements. * Own incoming raw material quality—review certifications, perform inspections, and release materials for production. * Investigate supplier quality issues, driving corrective actions, RMAs, and continuous improvement with suppliers. * Perform laboratory testing on products and raw materials following customer and internal specifications. * Support customer complaint resolution by coordinating containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. * Drive internal quality systems including layered audits, dock audits, and compliance with customer-specific requirements. * Analyze scrap and nonconformance data to identify trends, reduce costs, and lead improvement initiatives across the plant. # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality (automotive, metal fabrication, injection molding, or similar environments preferred). * Strong knowledge of PPAP, SPC, GD&T, MSA, and ISO/IATF standards. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test procedures. * Experience with quality tools and systems (Excel, Minitab, Gage Track, SAP or similar ERP systems). * Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Willingness to travel as needed to support supplier or customer quality needs. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
