If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary **Responsibilities:** * Develops and maintains quality standards, inspection, testing, and evaluation methods. * Defines sampling plans, data collection, and quality/reliability reporting. * Manages non-conforming material disposition and cost analysis. * Leads measurement, testing, and analysis activities for product/process quality. * Ensures accuracy, integrity, and reporting of quality data. * Initiates and tracks corrective actions (CAPA) to closure. * Supports and participates in quality audits. * Maintains and improves quality standards for products, processes, and equipment. * Designs methods to evaluate equipment accuracy and production/test systems. * Supports customer and engineering teams on quality issues. * Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications and interfaces with regulatory bodies. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. * Around 2 years of experience in quality or related area. * Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality tools (sampling, variance, correlation, etc.). * Ability to interpret technical information (schematics, diagrams, instructions). * Experience with manufacturing quality tools: * Testing: oscilloscope, troubleshooting, component testing, etc. * Inspection: PCB, systems, components, microscope, measuring tools. * Basic knowledge of electronic assembly processes and PCB operations. * Advanced English **What you will receive for the excellent work you deliver:** * Competitive salary * Life and medical insurance * Christmas bo
