What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BAS degree in Engineering or a related field, Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal), Proven experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, Experience conducting internal and external audits, Solid understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes for electronic components, Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), Leadership experience managing technicians and auditors, Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, Customer-focused mindset, Demonstrated ability to monitor, analyze, and report Quality KPIs, Personal management, Schedule availability
Nice to Have
high-reliability products (manufacturing process PCBA, SMT, test, assembly), knowledge of auditing methodologies, ability to support and drive continuous improvement initiatives, high-volume production environments, multi-shift operations, command of quality tools and methodologies including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D problem solving, experience working with quality standards such as ISO
