If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Quality Engineer** located in Guadalajara, **North Campus.** Reporting to the **Sr Director, Quality** the**Quality Engineer** is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‑grade assemblies. **What a typical day looks like:** * Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of products and processes. * Collect, analyze, and present information regarding business conditions, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, and new product designs for management review. * Propose and evaluate alternative methods and procedures to solve problems and adapt to changing market opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define company policies, operating procedures, and quality goals. * Develop, defining control areas, personnel requirements, and operational procedures. * Lead and participate in meetings with design and engineering teams to coordinate functions, review policies, and establish procedures to achieve quality objectives. * Serve as the primary technical and quality interface with customers, supporting audits, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Review technical issues across departments and recommend improvements or procedural changes. * Work closel
