If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary **Job Summary** To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **_Quality Engineer_** located in **_Aguascalientes Site, Mexico._** Reporting to the **Quality Manager** , Quality Engineer role involves maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization. **What a typical day looks like:** * Project startup preparation based on customer quality requirements. * Product qualifications (PPAP). * Monitoring of quality metrics and inform the results * Stablish quality control checkpoints during the process * Stablish methods to inspect, test quality or evaluate the product * Monitoring of internal and external actions due to customer complaints and or internal issues * Implementation of containment, corrective, and continuous improvement actions. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar degree. * Intermediate English. * Knowledge in quality tools (8Ds, 5 Whys, Pareto diagram, etc), FMEA & Control Plan. * Communication Skills, Knowledge of Measuring Instruments and functional concepts. * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. * Ability to write and propose reports. * Ability to effectively communicate with CFT. * Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices according to Flex QMS and each project to achieve the goals * Preferred knowledge on Statistical Process Control. **What you’ll receive
