Tech in Mechanical Engineering, 5–10 years of experience in quality assurance in manufacturing setting, expertise in NDT, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes, Hands-on experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), Ability to read engineering drawings, solve complex quality issues, English communication, supervisory/managerial skills
