2+ years of applicable quality or supplier quality experience, Internal auditing experience, Experience with SPC software such as Minitab or other SPC software, Proficient in MS Office, particularly with Excel pivot tables, Must possess problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently under limited supervision, Strengths in organization, Excellent communication skills, Teamwork skills, Conflict resolution skills, Interpersonal skills, Ability to work on a high performing team, Ability to build effective workplace relationships, Ability to motivate co-workers, Ability to support co-worker development, Ability to evaluate team effectiveness, Ability to improve team performance

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering or related field, Certification through the American Society of Quality (ASQ) in one of the following areas: ASQ/CQE, ASQ/CSSBB, ASQ/CSSGB, ASQ/CQA, Previous experience in automotive industry as a quality engineer or supplier quality engineer, Experience implementing, managing, and auditing ISO9001, Experience in IATF: 16949, Experience practicing and applying AIAG core tools in a production environment (APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA)
