What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least two years of experience in a related manufacturing role, Experience with engineering drawings, geometric and dimensional tolerancing, engineering and manufacturing requirements, engineering specifications, Experience with coaching and sustaining Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) problem solving process, Experience successfully influencing, leading and directing others who are not direct reports, Experience working with both internal & external customers to drive standard practices around true Root Cause Analysis

This position will collaborate with other departments, to resolve issues, prevent recurrence, and continuously improve quality culture and sustained product quality. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * Analyze and solve problems on a wide variety of quality issues related to manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, painting, assembly, and test as well as components in the areas of Machining, Fab/Weld, Assembly, and Supply Chain. * Investigate and correct internal, external and interplant supplier quality issues. * Coordinate containment and corrective action activities. * Thoroughly document quality issues and quality performance for Root Cause & Corrective Action. * Lead process audits and other quality systems related projects. * Understand details of engineering drawi
