ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support main operations of the Mill Hall site including: production, supply chain, engineering, logistics and other site functions in ensuring a quality product is being produced within defined specifications. * Develop, document, and implement QMS procedures, work instructions, quality forms, and policies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and internal requirements. * Manage the non-conformance system ensuring timely investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of effective corrective actions are taken. * Maintain ISO internal and external audit system by coordinating audit schedule, performing audits, providing/organizing audit documentation. * Proactively identify opportunities for QMS improvement and lead projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall product and service quality. * Schedule outside vendors for laboratory calibrations
