Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 2-3 years of experience in site-based roles. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or CQI). Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and industry standards. Experience with large-scale construction projects, including commercial, residential, or infrastructure developments. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and standards (e.g., LEED, Estidama). Arabic language skills.

### **Job Description** ## Overview We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer (Site Operations) to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects adhere to all quality control and quality assurance procedures on-site. The role involves collaborating closely with the site management team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations. ## Your role **Quality Control** * Implement and monitor quality control processes for construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and specifications. **Inspection & Testing** * Perform site inspections and coordinate testing of materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Record and report results accurately. **Non-Conformance Management** * Identify and document any deviations or non-conformance issues. Work closely with site teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken. **Documentation** * Maintain clear, accurate records of inspections, tests, reports, and non-conformance issues.
