What You'll Do.
Review incoming customer specifications
Ensure all relevant data is captured
Ensure all relevant data is recorded
Review customer specifications
Ensure data is correct
Comply with customer requirements
Communicate with customer
Negotiate items within customer specification
Maintain Master Data Library
Keep all relevant files up to date
Keep all relevant files organized
Follow good documentation practices
Ensure compliance to ISO 13485
Ensure compliance to FDA CFR requirements
Partner closely with Product Data team
Partner closely with other stakeholders
Complete tasks effectively
Complete tasks within defined timelines
Support document Control within KMS
Support change control systems
Ensure compliance with ISO standards
Ensure compliance with customer requirements
Participates in internal audits
Participates in external audits
Maintain site skill matrices
Upload training materials
Identify training needed for compliance
Develop manufacturing specifications
Standardize manufacturing specifications
Liaison with graphics
Other duties as assigned
