Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Science, Quality, or related discipline, 3–6 years experience in quality analytics, operational performance analysis, or data driven roles, Demonstrated experience analysing quality and compliance data, Experience working with enterprise quality systems and performance datasets, Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights, Experience supporting quality governance, management review, or inspection readiness, Analytical and data-visualization skills, Proficient in Excel (advanced), Proficient in Power BI or equivalent analytics tools, Solid understanding of quality systems, GMP principles, and risk-based quality management, Capability in trend analysis, Capability in basic statistical methods, Capability in structured problem-solving related to quality performance, Proficient in MS Word, Proficient in PowerPoint, Proficient in data management tools, Structured, disciplined working style

The role supports the EU Quality Excellence & Governance agenda by transforming quality, compliance, and loss data into clear insights that strengthen decision‑making, reduce variability and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and ensure inspection‑ready oversight at enterprise level. The role acts as a central analytical capability for EU Quality Governance, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and effective use of quality performance metrics to drive proactive risk management and sustainable quality excellence. **Key Responsibilities** **Quality Data & Analytics** * Own the collection, consolidation, validation, and analysis of EU‑level quality, compliance, and performance data across manufacturing sites and operations. * Transform complex datasets (e.g. deviations, CAPAs, audit findings, complaints, COPQ, right‑first‑time metrics) into clear, actionable insights for Quality Governance and senior leadership. * Develop and maintain standa
