Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or equivalent, At least 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, solid knowledge of GMP environments and Quality Systems, communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal), experience in with client interactions and project management, Good understanding of statistics and data analysis, ability to identify trends from manufacturing or QC data and present findings to stakeholders, Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, proactive and collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork

Responsible for managing customer projects within the Quality Unit, representing the department in cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and deliverables.
