Además, participarás en el equipo de proyectos asegurando el correcto lanzamiento de nuevos productos desde el área de calidad, incluyendo la gestión del PPAP. 🚀 **¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?** * Liderar el análisis de reclamaciones de cliente junto a equipos multidisciplinares (contención, 8D, revisión AMFE, etc.) * Mantener una comunicación fluida con el cliente (email, teléfono y visitas presenciales) * Gestionar actividades de calidad en cambios de proceso o producto * Revisar y validar facturas de cliente * Colaborar estrechamente con producción para dar y recibir feedback continuo * Gestionar derogaciones con cliente y validar derog
