What You'll Do.

Test seafood products

Test manufacturing materials

Verify products meet criteria

Verify products conform to laws

Verify products conform to standards

Test products before production

Test products during production

Test products after production

Ensure product safety for sale

Ensure product safety for distribution

Report findings to management

Participate in inspection of Grade-A products

Participate in grading of Grade-A products

Perform moisture analysis

Produce written reports

Verify product quality

Verify product usability

Serve as contact between production and Quality

Handle Quality issues

Handle Food Safety issues

Handle Regulatory issues

Fill out HACCP documents

Conduct internal audits of plant

Conduct internal audits of paperwork

Test product attributes
