Role:   The Quality Control Technician is responsible for evaluating and assessing that HACCP and Quality Assurance Programs are properly maintained in compliance with regulatory guidelines though auditing/inspection, product quality control, data entry and reporting findings and data collected to verify compliance or to identify a need for corrective action. In addition, the Quality Control Technician will provide support to operations with the objective of meeting food safety requirements efficiently. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for following established food safety and quality procedures.   ## Responsibilities Perform pre-operational inspection on operating equipment when required before handing off for start-up Perform all line checks to ensure compliance with product specifications Monitor all line settings and document in accordance with process control requirements Adhere to food safety and HACCP Principles Audit, assess and report compliance level for documented process control standards Perform critical control point checks, pre shipment reviews, allergen checks on process as outlined in the HACCP requirements and other QC duties defined within the Quality Control Plan Trouble shoot processing lines and prov
