Perform daily quality line audits
Perform sensory evaluations
Fill out laboratory data worksheets
Maintain results and reports confidentially
Maintain a clean work area
Keep area stocked with supplies
Communicate results professionally
Prepare laboratory solutions and media
Notify of unusual results
Perform test re-checks
Report equipment damage
Follow safety practices
Verify approved incoming raw milk producers
Assist with inspections
