Operate lab testing instrumentation
Perform moisture testing
Perform protein testing
Understand microbiological plating
Operate instrumentation safely
Operate instrumentation efficiently
Operate instrumentation sanitarily
Receive raw milk within specifications
Perform testing of bulk product loadouts
Document bulk product loadouts
Perform daily quality line audits
Perform evaluations on plant floor
Perform testing on plant floor
Perform sensory evaluations
Fill out laboratory data worksheets
Fill out laboratory logs accurately
Maintain results confidentially
