What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in data quality, compliance, research operations, or a field that required rigorous attention to accuracy and pattern recognition., Comfort working with data platforms, technology, and outreach tracking ability to identify trends, anomalies, and underperformance in reporting dashboards., interpersonal skills — you'll need to conduct voter follow-up calls that feel warm and natural, not like audits., Discretion and good judgment when escalating ability to distinguish between honest mistakes and bad actors., Familiarity with community organizing, political campaigns, or relational outreach programs.

What You'll Do.
Monitor captain outreach data in real time
Flag volume anomalies
Identify data entry errors
Maintain and refine QC flags
Conduct follow-up outreach to voter contacts
Design and execute follow-up scripts
Escalate serious flags
Recruit and manage plant network
Debrief plants regularly
Translate QC findings into feedback
Distinguish coaching needs
Participate in program check-ins

This role is fully remote. This is a temporary hire for the 2026 election cycle that will run from **ASAP to November 15, 2026**. ### **Role Overview:** Movement Labs is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-minded QC Manager to serve as the integrity backbone of our 2026 Neighborhood Captains program. This is a new and critical role — you will be responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving the quality control infrastructure that ensures every captain interaction is real, meaningful, and accurately recorded. As QC Manager, you will work closely with the Neighborhood Captains Program Team and the research team to catch data anomalies, verify reported voter contacts, and translate findings into actionable coaching and retraining. Your work directly protects program fidelity, reassures funders, and preserves the integrity of our randomized controlled trial. ### Responsibilities **Data monitoring & anomaly detection ** * Monitor captain outreach data in real time, flagging volume anomalies such as unrealistic door or call rates, suspicious GPS patterns, or timestamps inconsistent with legitimate outreach. * Identify patterns that may indicate data
