What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in a quality control or quality management role within construction, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, Experience carrying out site inspections and producing clear quality reports, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Confident communicator with site teams and management, Full driving licence (site travel required)
Nice to Have
Experience in subcontracting environments, Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality systems, Construction-related qualification or trade background, Experience dealing with main contractors and compliance audits, knowledge of insulation systems (thermal, acoustic, fire stopping preferred)
What You'll Do.

Quality checklists and site inspection reports
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective action logs
Review project documentation to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined
Analyse quality trends
and rework to drive continuous improvement
Assist with audits (internal and external) and ensure audit readiness
Support training initiatives to improve installer competency and quality awareness
Ensure compliance with Building regulations
Health & Safety requirements
and Company quality policies and procedures
Recommend improvements to installation methods
Stay up to date with changes in regulations
and insulation products
