What You'll Do.
Monitor quality control program
Plan quality discussions
Lead quality discussions
Work with Rowan teams
Develop relationships with clients
Update schedule with inspection activities
Lead closeout efforts
Assemble closeout documents
Assemble warranty agreements
Assemble preventive maintenance agreements
Provide continuous improvement to QA/QC programs
Pull reports from Procore
Analyze report trends
Review client-specific requirements
Participate in GC's Quality Control meetings
Provide input in meetings
Review General Contractor’s QC Plan
Manage compliance of GC’s QC Plan
Manage compliance of Div 1 compliance plans
Track schedule deliverables
Ensure project stays on track
Update tracking logs for GC deliverables
Update tracking logs for milestones
Review Submittals schedule for completeness
Review GC monthly reports
Review Rowan monthly reports
Observe/Witness Quality Inspections

Role Summary Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Quality Control Manager to ensure the overall effectiveness of our Quality Program and lease compliance for a set of projects. The successful candidate will have the experience, knowledge and leadership skills to manage the quality program and activities at a hyperscale data center campus to contribute to a safe and successful delivery, with quality, on time and on budget. The successful candidate will also understand all facets of the building process, from initial planning and foundational work to project completion and turnover. Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% for company gatherings, offsite fabrication inspections, and manufacture visits. Location: Temple, TX (full-time onsite) Compensation: $120K-$148K (Offers Bonus) Essential Responsibilities - Responsible for actively monitoring the quality control program from an owner/developer perspective on all site infrastructure, substation and construction - Ability to plan and lead quality discussions as needed - Work closely with Rowan pre-con, project executive, PM’s, construction, and safety team members - Develop trusting relationships with clients, JHA’s, GC’s, sub-contractors to aid in the successful delivery of the project - Conduct site surveys to ensure work is instal
