The role provides strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team, embedding robust analytical, microbiological, and quality systems that comply with Haleon requirements and applicable regulatory frameworks (GMP, HACCP, ISO, MDR, and Cosmetics regulations). By fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, the role ensures inspection readiness, effective investigation and CAPA management, and sustained performance through clear KPIs and sound budget stewardship.
