What You'll Do.

Perform Start-of-Shift activities

Verify equipment setup

Verify correct ingredient portioning

Verify correct meal bagging/kitting

Ensure scales are verified

Verify correct tool/utensil usage

Support Core QC Activities

Demonstrate mastery of QC Tech responsibilities

Demonstrate mastery over Receiving Process

Demonstrate mastery over Outbound Transfer

Escalate quality issues

Accurately document verification activities

Conduct off-the-line checks

Perform temperature checks

Document temperature checks

Escalate high cooler temperatures

Serve as point of contact for FSQA Tools

Train QC Techs on access and usage

Deliver training to QC Techs

Deliver retraining to QC Techs

Deliver coaching to QC Techs

Notify FSQA Supervisor of issues

Notify FSQA leadership of issues

Enforce facility GMPs

Support food safety system

Support quality programs

Provide on the floor coaching

Perform packing duties

Set up portioning equipment

Break down portioning equipment

Maintain portioning equipment
