Proven experience in equipment maintenance, quality control, or a similar role, understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance practices, Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
High school diploma or technical degree or certification in a related field preferred
What You'll Do.
Set up and maintain various equipment including tent air systems
and maintain air hoses
and other pneumatic systems
Ensure proper functioning of clean room equipment
including HEPA filters and dehumidifiers
Conduct quality checks on instruments and equipment
including calibration of tools and fixtures
Maintain calibration logs and documentation for all equipment
Evaluate and test equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Conduct regular inspections of safety equipment
and emergency exit signs
Ensure proper labeling and signage for safety protocols and evacuation routes
Manage the retirement and disposal of outdated or non-compliant equipment
Order and manage supplies
including calibration materials
Organize and maintain storage areas
ensuring that tools and materials are easily accessible and properly labeled
Assist in training staff on equipment use
and quality control procedures
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance
and safety inspections
Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning
and repairing equipment and workspaces
