Eligibility Requirements

Fully on-site during the probation period (first 90 days) until cleared to work hybrid (3-4 office days per week)., OCCASIONALLY: Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Standing, Walking, FREQUENTLY: Decision Making, Problem solving, CONTINUOUSLY: Audible speech, Color vision, Computer skills, Depth perception, Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning, Hearing acuity, Interpreting Data, Peripheral vision, Repetitive hand/arm use, Seeing – Far/near, Sitting

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, healthcare, or business field, required.

Nice to Have

Master’s Degree, preferred., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, or Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred., Two years of experience in the quality improvement and/or process improvement fields, preferred., Supervision or project management experience, preferred.

What You'll Do.

Collaborate with clinical leadership to design a quality improvement (QI) project portfolio.

Assist with department or institution-wide projects and national collaboratives.

Use knowledge of data analysis and statistical process control.

Assist teams in developing and implementing quality metrics.

Collaborate with clinicians to present and publish quality improvement work.

Use the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Model for Improvement.

Provide education and coaching for physicians and healthcare professionals.

Maintain knowledge level and ability related to continuous quality improvement.
