## What You Will Do Perform in process and final audits to ensure products meet quality standards Review and make final disposition decisions on acceptable and non conforming parts Provide real time feedback to production teams on quality questions Identify and address quality gaps in inspection tools, setups, and standards Verify inspection stations meet setup requirements such as lighting, tools, and distance Assist with maintaining and updating standard books and inspection documentation Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities and suggesting solutions Create and maintain product retain files Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures Stop production and escalate issues when quality concerns arise ## What Success Looks Like At Serigraph, success is not just about results but also about how we work together to achieve them.
