What You'll Achieve.
Improve the manufacturing process; Ensure all processes comply with necessary quality standards; Monitor and report quality metrics to meet business needs

Must Have
Knowledge of all ISO, ESD, and calibration requirements, Knowledge of how to conduct an LPA (layers process audits), Electronic Assembly: component, schematics, mechanical assembly, surface mount, Inspection: bare board, components, cable, harness, microscope, measuring, Office Skills: Computers and tablets. Office software to include, word-processing, spreadsheets, and presentation packages., Ability to speak and understand English, Ability to use ladders, Ability to push and pull 40lbs, lift 20 lbs
Nice to Have
Demonstrates advanced functional skills, which may be used to conduct on-the-job training and lead/guide other employees., Demonstrates detailed functional knowledge of audit techniques and has input to process improvements.

Review manufacturing process
Analyze manufacturing process
Initiate actions for improvement
Ensure compliance with quality standards
Inspect electronic systems for conformance
Perform visual inspections of servers
Utilize gauges and microscopes
Verify product specifications
Ensure process operations are completed
Monitor quality metrics
Report quality metrics
Prepare reject reports
Assist with disposition of non-conforming materials
Notify personnel of defects
Conduct process audits
Assist manufacturing in interpreting standards
