Demonstrates advanced functional skills, Demonstrates detailed functional knowledge of audit techniques, Knowledge of all ISO, ESD, and calibration requirements, Knowledge of how to conduct an LPA (layers process audits), Electronic Assembly: component, schematics, mechanical assembly, surface mount, Inspection: bare board, components, cable, harness, microscope, measuring, Office Skills: Computers and tablets. Office software to include, word-processing, spreadsheets, and presentation packages., Ability to speak and understand English, Ability to use ladders, Ability to push and pull 40lbs, lift 20 lbs

What You'll Do.
and initiating actions to improve manufacturing process
Ensure processes comply with quality standards
Inspect electronic systems
Perform visual inspections of servers
and other manufacturing aids
Ensure all required process operations are completed
Monitor and report quality metrics
Prepare reject reports
Assist with the disposition of non-conforming materials
Notify personnel of unusual product defects
Conduct process audits
Assist manufacturing in interpreting quality and workmanship standards
