Demonstrates advanced functional skills, Demonstrates detailed functional knowledge of audit techniques, Knowledge of all ISO, ESD, and calibration requirements, Knowledge of how to conduct an LPA (layers process audits), Electronic Assembly: component, schematics, mechanical assembly, surface mount, Inspection: bare board, components, cable, harness, microscope, measuring, Office Skills: Computers and tablets, Office software to include, word-processing, spreadsheets, and presentation packages, Ability to speak and understand English, Ability to use ladders, Ability to push and pull 40lbs, lift 20 lbs

Analyze manufacturing process
Initiate actions for process improvement
Ensure compliance with quality standards
Inspect electronic systems for conformance
Inspect assemblies for conformance
Inspect subassemblies for conformance
Inspect components for conformance
Inspect parts for conformance
Perform visual inspections of servers
Perform visual inspections of racks
Perform visual inspections of components
Verify product specifications using manufacturing aids
Ensure process operations are completed
Monitor quality metrics
Report quality metrics
Prepare reject reports
Notify parties of reject reports
Assist with disposition of non-conforming materials
Assist with disposition of non-conforming products
Notify personnel of unusual product defects
Notify personnel of process yields below acceptable levels
Conduct process audits
Assist manufacturing in interpreting quality standards
Assist manufacturing in interpreting workmanship standards
