Must Have
3 years quality assurance experience, 3 years manufacturing inspection experience, Knowledge of ISO 9001, Proficient in reading blueprints, Proficient in technical documentation, Experience with precision measuring equipment, Experience with quality testing tools, Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Familiarity with data management systems, Ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Quality assurance in heavy manufacturing preferred, Manufacturing inspection in heavy manufacturing preferred
What You'll Do.
Conduct inspections of assemblies
Conduct inspections of sub-assemblies
Conduct inspections of finished buses
Read technical drawings
Interpret technical drawings
Read customer requirements
Interpret customer requirements
Use precision testing instruments
Use measuring instruments
Support corrective action
Collaborate with production teams
Collaborate with customer representatives
Follow ISO 9001 procedures
Follow company policies
Manage non-conformance issues
Conduct first article inspections
Train other technicians
Promote continuous improvement
Maintain work area organization
Adhere to 5S standards
Support special assignments
Support quality improvement projects
