Must Have
Ability to make decisions, Ability to work with managerial, clerical, production, and maintenance personnel, Ability to write routine reports and correspondence legibly, Must be able to speak and read English, Must have a High School Diploma or GED, Ability to understand and carry out instructions with little direction, Must have computer skills, Must carry out “Good Manufacturing Practices” to ensure a safe and clean work environment
What You'll Do.
Perform standardized tests
Ensure product complies with specifications
Monitor production lines
Print and pass out production schedules
Check and change freezer and cooler charts
Daily cutting of product
Verify incoming raw material trucks
Review daily lab paperwork
Gather and organize daily production paperwork
Review daily packaging activity recap papers
Complete all sample requests
Prepare first production samples
Perform sanitation inspections
Perform food safety inspections
Perform food quality inspections
Assist in production with quality issues
Collect and retain samples
Verify metal detectors
Monitor fill/net weights
Assist with heat penetration tests
Assist R&D with sampling
Maintain and file records
Ensure compliance with policies
