What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science in biology, chemistry, microbiology, or food technology, 1+ years of experience working in a lab setting, Knowledge of aseptic procedures, Knowledge of flavor analysis, Knowledge of good manufacturing practices required, Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Ability to work within a team-oriented environment, Ability to multi-task, Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, Capability to make decisions in unexpected circumstances, Capability to adapt to changes to the schedule, Troubleshoot and apply critical thinking to all task at hand

This position works under the supervision of the Quality Manager to conduct day-to-day tasks assisting the Quality Department’s efficiency.
