Must Have
Bachelors Degree OR 1-2 years experience & Associate Degree OR 2+ years production experience, Prior experience in highly regulated industry, Ability to follow written procedures, Ability to monitor others for adherence, Must be 21 years of age or older

Prior experience in Quality Assurance, Prior experience in Quality Control, Prior experience with product sampling, Prior experience with inspection procedures, Prior experience with customer complaints, Prior experience with product investigations, Prior experience with CAPA, Ability to create or update written procedures
What You'll Do.
Perform incoming inspections
Perform finished product sampling
Perform finished product inspection
Maintain retain library
Perform equipment clearances before runs
Perform product line clearances before runs
Perform cleaning verification
Perform sanitation verification
Perform metal detector checks
Perform balance checks
Perform regulatory label review
Approve labels prior to start-up
Perform in-process verifications
Ensure correct product weights
Ensure correct labeling
Ensure correct packaging
Perform in-process ANSI inspections
Verify finished product metal detection
Verify finished product label review
Verify finished product record review
Assist in customer complaints
Assist in product investigations
Assess risk for investigations
Identify root cause for investigations
Inspect packaged orders
Ensure correct order content
Ensure correct order quantities
Review in-process batch documentation
Ensure real-time compliance
Monitor compliance to GMP
Review product quality standards
Ensure product specifications are available
Complete all required trainings
Conduct duties in compliance with safety rules
