What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of QA or experience of working cases in a relevant function (AML Investigation, SAR Reporting, Fraud, KYC - EDD/CDD) inclusive of coaching others in domain relevant subjects, Fluent in English (written and verbal skills) with the ability to clearly articulate your thoughts and recommendations, Quality Assurance methodology, Risk and Compliance expertise relevant to the function, Analytical Skills, Training and competency assessment, Systems & tools, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Communication and stakeholder management skills, Adaptability

Train and coach QA specialists
Perform horizon scanning
Review complex and high-risk cases
Lead thematic reviews
Act as a Subject Matter Expert
Resolve complex queries/escalations
Support Audit/Regulatory activity
