What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of construction experience, 2+ years of quality related management experience, including plan development, training, implementation, and continuous improvement, Experience in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for presentation development and Excel for data compilation and analysis, Be able to travel up to 50% of the time, US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
Nice to Have
Procore, PowerBI, American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified CMQ/OE, CQIA, CQPA, CQE, and/or CQA, Experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities, Experience working with MEP trades, communication and written skills, Able to work effectively in a team environment, Able to identify and communicate trends, Demonstrated ability to prioritize, set, and meet targets, Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve results, Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
What You'll Do.
Manage quality assurance programs on projects
Train project-specific quality personnel
Provide training on quality expectations
Monitor and recommend continuous improvement
Document and communicate project updates
Lead/Participate in project quality meetings
Monitor project inspection and testing requirements
Perform weekly jobsite walks
Review project Quality Observation Reports
Understand and communicate KPI expectations
Lead/Participate in root cause analyses
Work alongside MEP Team
Participate in vendor/supplier factory tests
Establish and maintain relationships
Represent QTS interests in OAC Meetings
Encourage recognition for quality successes
Promote open communication between stakeholders
Participate in internal QTS Quality improvement
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interact with project teams, trade partners and vendors; Work alongside MEP Team; Establish and maintain relationships serving as liaison with key QTS stakeholders; Represent QTS interests as a leader in OAC Meetings; Promote open and productive communication between all stakeholders; Work effectively in a team environment
