What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of construction experience, 2+ years of quality related management experience, Experience in Microsoft Office suite, Be able to travel up to 50% of the time, US Citizenship
Nice to Have
Procore, PowerBI, American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified CMQ/OE, CQIA, CQPA, CQE, and/or CQA, Experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities, Experience working with MEP trades
What You'll Do.
Manage quality assurance programs
Monitor continuous improvement opportunities
Document and communicate updates
Lead/Participate in project quality meetings
Monitor project inspection and testing requirements
Perform weekly jobsite walks
Review project Quality Observation Reports
Understand and communicate KPI's
Lead/Participate in root cause analyses
Work alongside MEP Team
Participate in vendor/supplier factory tests
Establish and maintain relationships
Represent QTS interests
Encourage recognition for quality successes
Promote open and productive communication
Participate in internal QTS Quality improvement opportunities
