What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years’ experiences in Rail and Transit industry, 5 years’ experiences in Rolling Stock Vehicle Manufacturing and Refurbishment, 5+ years experiences in Quality Control/Assurance, thorough understanding of Rolling Stock Vehicles electrically and mechanically, QA mindset, able to communicate seeks to understand and delivers key messages to stakeholders
Nice to Have
Background in electrical/mechanical engineering
What You'll Do.
Witness and verify testing
Conduct In-Production Inspections
Verify completion of repairs
Report and sign off on vehicles
Maintain up to date files
Identify and communicate discrepancies
Maintain a detailed inspection report
Ensure and report on contract compliance
develop and monitor KPIs
Track refurbishment contractor's progress
Monitor and audit supplier’s Quality Assurance Processes
Support Quality Assurance efforts
Provide quality related insight
Develop acceptance criteria for inspection purposes
Record and communicate a periodic review of the work performed

Representing the Client by participating in production progress meetings; planning meetings; quality control meetings; design review meetings
