Prior experience in highly regulated industry, Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function, Prior experience with product sampling, inspection procedures, customer complaints, product investigations, and CAPA, Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures, Ability to create or update written procedures with site operations personnel, written and verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented, Utilizes critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, work collaboratively with a team to brainstorm solutions, and implement improvement solutions, Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust, Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time, Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level, Must be 21 years of age or older to apply, Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry, Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time

Perform finished product sampling and inspection

Perform equipment and product line clearances

Write customer complaints and product investigations

Implement solutions with business partners

Inspect packaged orders

Review in-process batch documentation

Review batch record documentation

Perform batch record reviews and audits

Collaborate with operational functions

Troubleshoot manufacturing and production defects

Provide advice with process improvements

Monitor compliance to GMP and SQF guidance

Execute action plans for product quarantine

Conduct all duties in compliance with safety rules

and other applicable guidelines
