Full Job Description
Worth AI is looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer (Manual and Automation) to join our innovative team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our commitment to excellence as we develop advanced AI solutions that empower businesses to make equitable decisions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our software meets the highest standards of reliability and performance. Your insights and expertise will help us enhance our products, contributing to a more inclusive and diverse business environment. ### Responsibilities * Build and execute comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases - both manual and automated - to validate feature functionality and system reliability. * Design and implement end-to-end UI and API integration tests using our proprietary testing framework, ensuring seamless interoperability across the front-end and back-end layers. * Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites, leveraging tools and frameworks to catch regressions and accelerate release cycles. * Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to dissect requirements, review designs, and ensure testability from the earliest stages. * Triage, document, and track all defects - providing clear reproduction steps, impact assessments, and suggested remediation strategies. * Present concise test reports and risk analyses to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and recommending prioritization. * Engage actively in sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) to champion quality every step of the way. * Conduct thorough regression and integration testing after each code change to verify fixes and prevent unintended side effects. * Keep QA deliverables - test plans, cases, scripts, and results
