Full Job Description
About Us We are fixing US healthcare by building an AI-native physical care platform, starting with home health. Home health is a $140B industry with less than $10B in EBITDA — 40% of revenue is spent on pure administrative waste. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & Compliance: - Review and audit clinical documentation (OASIS assessments, plans of care, visit notes, and discharge summaries) for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. - Ensure documentation meets Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), state regulations, and accreditation standards (e.g., ACHC, Joint Commission). - Track and follow up on QA issues, discrepancies, or deficiencies with clinical staff and supervisors. OASIS & Coding Oversight: - Ensure accurate OASIS data collection, review, and submission within required timelines. - Collaborate with coding and billing departments to verify proper ICD-10 coding and sequencing based on documentation and regulations. - Provide guidance and training to clinicians on OASIS accuracy, regulatory updates, and documentation standards. Performance Improvement: - Lead and support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, tracking key clinical and operational indicators such as patient outcomes, rehospitalization rates, infection control, and p
