Oversee quality and compliance of clinical documentation
Ensure all patient care meets regulatory requirements
Promote best practices
Support continuous quality improvement
Review and audit clinical documentation
Ensure documentation meets standards
Track and follow up on QA issues
Ensure accurate OASIS data collection
Lead and support QAPI initiatives
Develop and monitor performance improvement plans
Provide ongoing training to clinical staff

Cross-functional coordination; Collaborate with coding and billing departments; Work with leadership to identify potential risks
