Who we are looking for As a Quality Assurance Manager at Mujin, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Mujin Controller and Mujin Pendant. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and refine quality assurance frameworks, uncover and resolve defects, and continuously elevate product quality. Your deep understanding of embedded systems—both hardware and software—will be key to delivering world-class solutions. You will also be a key point of contact between Mujin’s global teams—including Mujin Europe, Mujin US, and other international branches—to ensure consistent quality standards across regions. By resolving local issues swiftly and sharing best practices, you’ll help maintain high customer satisfaction worldwide. Responsibilities Lead quality assurance efforts across the entire product lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Design and implement quality control processes and KPIs (e.g., FPY) to measure and improve product performance. Maintain and analyze quality databases to identify trends and areas for improvement.
